A Unified Access Point to the Latvian HPC Ecosystem – The Open HPC Platform
https://nohap.hpc-net.lv/login/
The Open HPC Center Platform – an environment that brings together all services of the RTU HPC Center, the UL Institute of Numerical Modelling, and the Latvian HPC Competence Centre (NCC Latvia) in one place. As the platform evolves, services from other institutions will also become available.
Just a few clicks away – start using HPC resources directly in your web browser.
Students, academic staff, researchers, and SMEs can connect from anywhere, 24/7, and use HPC tools for education, research, and innovation.
Opportunities for Students, Academic Staff, Researchers, and SMEs
For students: secure access to HPC resources and tools directly from the browser; hands-on assignments and laboratory work.
For academic staff: access to HPC and virtual computer labs to support course delivery; LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) integration with Moodle; and an HPC command-line tool for course automation.
For researchers: web-based tools for data analysis and visualisation (e.g., Galaxy, JupyterHub, Seqr) and access to the HPC cluster.
For SMEs: access to virtual machines with familiar software (e.g., MATLAB) and HPC computing power via virtual desktops.
For institutions: the ability to deploy and offer their own HPC services through the Open HPC Platform. For collaboration, contact: [email protected].
