Historically, the conference was organized by Riga Technical University, HPCEuropa3 project, University of Tartu, and KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Since the development of National HPC Competence centres (NCCs) all over the Europe, the 4th Baltic HPC and Cloud Computing Conference will be organized by six NCCs located near the Baltic sea region: Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. This year, the conference will take place in Riga on April 11-12, 2024.
The conference will feature a lot of new topics, including talks on innovative uses of HPC and Cloud computing and presentations about HPC/Cloud computing services ranging from EuroHPC supercomputers to Quantum Computing. The conference will be especially relevant for different research communities that use HPC, including students, HPC experts, and industry.
