Scilab
Scilab is a development toolkit for algorithm development, numerical analysis, data visualization, as well as graphic modelling, which uses the syntax similar to MATLAB and Simulink. It is also possible to use Scilab as a calculation module in the web application Jupyter Notebook, which can create an interactive document, containing texts, equations, images, as well as fragments of executable Scilab code.
