HPC Center administered Latvijan Institute of Organic synthesis‘ computing cluster and provided support to users from 2017 to 2022. At the moment, Latvian Institute of Organic synthesis continue to use RTU HPC cluster.
Researchers from Latvian Biomedical Research and Study centre use our HPC cluster for whole-genome genotyping data analyses from 2018.
Researchers from Institute of food safety, animal health and environment BIOR use HPC cluster from 2018.
Researchers from Latvian State Forest Research Institute “Silava” use HPC cluster from 2018.
Researchers from University of Latvia, Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, and Optometry Institute of Numerical Modelling use HPC cluster from 2018, and Institute of Clinical and Preventive Medicine – from 2020.
Researchers from Riga Stradins university use HPC cluster from 2020.
Researchers from Riga East University hospital use HPC cluster from 2020.

Together with University of Tartu’s HPC center, we take part in joint projects, planned to organize the 4th Baltic HPC and Cloud conference, as well as exchange with the latest information.

Cooperation with Eiropean e-Infrastructures
The HPC Europa3 (HPCE3) project ended on April 2022. Under the HPC Europa3 project, researchers from the Baltic States can visited the HPC Center of the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH/PDC) to improve their skills and software codes for using the high-performance computing (HPC).
Together with HPCEuropa3, we planned to organize the 4th Baltic HPC and Cloud Conference.
RTU HPC centre is full member of SESAME Net which is network of HPC competency centres providing supercomputing expertise for small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
